Delivery

Australian Delivery

After payment is received, we’ll send your items to you within 3 business days via Australia Post or Sendle.

For personalised/customised items, please allow 10 business days for dispatch. If you require any items urgently, please get in touch via email at kamei.co@outlook.com to organise a rush order service.

Standard shipping costs are at a flat rate of $10.

*Please be advised that due to the impact of COVID-19, there may be delays on delivery times. While we will make every effort to post items as quickly as we can, please ensure that you give yourself plenty of time before your special date to receive your items! Local Perth Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 3 locations within Perth WA (Bateman, Brentwood or Riverton). If you would like to pickup from one of these locations, please email us at kamei.co@outlook.com. 

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship overseas to international customers at this time.

Rush Order Service 

Need your item as soon as possible? Our rush order service gives your order priority to ensure your items are dispatched or available for pick up within 2-3 business days.

Rush order service incurs an additional charge of either:

  • 10% of the total cost of the order; or
  • $10 minimum charge for orders less than $100.

Returns

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery under the following conditions:

  • If the item is unused and in its original condition.
  • We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • The purchase price will be refunded to you using the original payment method.

Please note, the following items are non-refundable:

  • Items that are personalised/customised/made to order
  • Sale items
  • Items returned 7 days after delivery date

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at kamei.co@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
